About the event
The Passover is a memorial of when the Heavenly Father delivered the children of Israel from the hand of Pharoah and the Egyptians from captivity. The Lord passed over all Israelite born children in peace by not slaying Israel. However the Most High killed the firstborn of the Egyptians.Deuteronomy 16;1, "Observe the month Abib( Meaning the first month of Spring Season) and keep the Passover unto the Lord thy God: in the month of Abib the Lord thy God brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.
Exodus 12:12-13 "For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite "For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and wil lsmite (kill) all the firstborn in the land of Egypt...I will Pass Over you (Israel), and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you".
